Here's a listing of the status levels during lockdowns.  This applies to all adult institutions.

For those unable to view the DOC link here are the different Lockdown status levels and their privileges:



Adult Lockdown Status Levels


When necessary, lockdowns shall be imposed. The departmentally mandated five stages of lockdown status are outlined below. A “Level 1” lockdown is the most restrictive upon facility operations and the provision of inmate services. The goal shall be for the facility to progressively move through the higher status of levels in order to restore normal operations.


LEVEL 1

Movement:
 None except emergency medical and shower
 Escorted
 Mechanical restraints, behind back

Visits:
 None the 1st 48 hours. Except emergency legal visits; routine visits after 48 hours

Phone:
 Legal and emergency

Healthcare:
 Daily in Cell

Crisis Care:
 As Needed per AD04.04.102

Segregation:
 Limited same as general population

Commissary:
 None

Mail:
 Yes, as soon as practical

Searched:
 As needed; strip search prior to or after movement

Law Library:
 At Cell

Showers:
 At least every 7 days

Hygiene Items:
 Distribute Weekly

Laundry:
 Weekly

Clean Bedding:
 Monthly

Clinical Services:
 Daily

Clergy:
 Weekly

Offender Assignments:
 None



LEVEL 2

Movement:
 Some
 May be escorted; condemned unit, seg, TC, and extremely high escapes must be escorted
 Mechanical restraints, behind back

Visits:
 None the 1st 48 hours. Except emergency legal visits; routine visits after 48 hours

Phone:
 Legal and emergency

Healthcare:
 Out of cell with mandatory call pass

Crisis Care:
 As Needed per AD04.04.102

Segregation:
 Limited same as general population

Commissary:
 None

Mail:
 Yes

Searched:
 Generalized; strip search prior to or after movement

Law Library:
 At Cell or satellite law library

Showers:
 At least every 7 days

Hygiene Items:
 Distribute Weekly

Laundry:
 Weekly

Clean Bedding:
 Monthly

Clinical Services:
 Daily

 Weekly

Offender Assignments:

 If has Privileges, bag shop bi-weekly

 Yes

 Strip search prior to or after movement

Phone:
 Consistent w/grade; one 30 minute call per month

 As Needed per AD04.04.102

Segregation:
 Limited same as general population
