Only if his soon-to-be-ex-wife pays for all the legal and court costs involved.

A friend of my BF just got a divorce.  They took a look at his account for the last six months and took a certain percentage based on that.  It ended up being $100 or so.  But his ex-wife signed the papers and there was no fight involved at all.

The best way to find out is to call the Circuit Clerk of the county you plan to file the divorce in. Some counties will not grant a divorce if one of the parties is incarcerated and there are children involved. The state does not offer the statutory required parenting class. Some counties allow it and some don't. Depends on local court rules.
