Question about IDOC sentencing information

I actually asked this on another post but thought maybe here is where I should have put it. Please let me know if it is in the wrong place. I just noticed that my L/O custody date says 2/03/2010 but he was arrested and sitting in county since December 8th, 2009. Is it normal for things to be posted wrong at first (and will they change it eventually) or is it something I should be questioning? wc14

His custody date for the IDOC website is the date the IDOC took custody of him.
