FCI Greenville????

Hi...I am new to this site and new to all of this and could really use help from someone that knows anything about Greenville Federal Correctional Institution....to help me on some issues.....such as visitation....and other things....anyone have any information...I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

Greenville use to go by point system, they still might.  You enter the prison by filling out form.  You need to be on approved visiting list and have id.  When you see inmate your allowed a hug and quick kiss.  It's a nice prison, inmates have pool tables, basket ball courts, bocci ball, handball courts, softball fields, soccer fields, they eat three good meals a day, the place even has a salad bar.  the staff are really nice and professional. Some do cross the line as there have been staff members forced to resign in for bringing in drugs, cell phones, etc.. They don't like to prosecute female staff members for some reason. Greenville also plays current movies on weekends, Greenville has cable TV, commissary, itis non smoking.  Very few fights take place, it is laid back prison.  Get a job in Unicor and you can make close 60 cents an hour making jackets for the military.  Greenville just like other prisons does have tobbacco, drugs(heroin, marijuanna, etc.), homemade alcohol, and weapons but again not a bad prison.

greenville has a pool table are you for real? my experience with greenville has not been a good one, my loved one is in there, but hey i hope you have better luck than me.

hello all, I'm new here also my boyfriend just moved greenville also is there anyone from Chicago that goes there to visit? cause i tried to find a way on Amtrak and Greyhound and i keep getting stuck at East Saint Louis, Centraila, and Effingham online so I'm trying to find out if its a shuttle bus or something that go to Greenville from those cities. thanks for the info in advance.
