My Fiance has been at his Parent Facility since the first week of March, and still hasn't heard anything about his Visitation List; is there something that could be holding up the process? Also, who should he speak with about this, would his Counselor be able to help
?

When my son got to his parent site, I waited one week & started calling weekly to  the prison and asked who ever asked the phone about the visiting list. I stated that I was calling to see if my son's list was approved yet they must of looked up something and then told me yes. I went to visit immediately. While talking to my son we discussed the time frames of when I found out and when he found out reference phone & visiting list and I found out first on both. He actually had to ask his counselor for his pin since I also was told by consolidated that his pin was issued and list approved on their files.

Thank you!! Should I ask to speak with anyone in particular about his list? We knew ir could take maybe a month and a half, but this is a mess.
