Being transfered

Can anyone tell me, when an inmate is transferred does their phone/visiting list transfer with them or do they have to fill out new ones and wait for approval all over again?

They usually can have phone calls right away from their list, but it's the visting list that may have to be redone once they get to a new location.  In your case from work camp to work camp, not sure what they will do.. Good Luck!

Thanks for the insight. He said he wasn't sure either but if he had to he would put the new one in asap when he got there. Told him I'd visit this weekend as long as I hear from him first. I won't go unless I know there's an approved list so he can call as far off as Friday or Saturday of this week to let me know and I could still make it on Sunday. This is, of course, if the list transfers with him. I'll update as to whether work camp to work camp transfers have lists that follow and inmate when he calls. I just want him home already!

He called today with no problem. He said his counselor told him his visiting list would transfer with him from PWC to GCWC. I'm going to call just to be sure because I plan on going on Saturday. So in this case, it looks like as long as the parent facility stays the same (Jacksonville) then both lists transfer with the inmate from work camp to work camp.
