Question!! Just cause I'm curious, even though I know curiosity killed the cat haha.  Anyway, on the IDOC website.. when i look him up, it shows several things he was convicted of.  How and when do they change those to say that the sentence is discharged?  Example: one of his charges carried a 7 year sentence, he'll be there for 19 years in may.  Yet it says the sentence is not discharged.  So, do they have to serve their entire sentence before any of their charges are changed to "discharged?"  I'm only curious, mind you.  I'm not trying to get anything changed.

That is a good question. I would think they would have to fulfill their entire sentence plus the parole first to have any of the charges discharged. I don't know the answer for sure, just guessing myself.

The sentence is not discharged until he has completed MSR or parole. Let's say he finished everything and went back for some reason, then his charges he is in for now would appear BUT they would say that his sentence is discharged, meaning he has completed his obligation for prior crimes.
