I know I will get a phone call when my LO finally gets moved from Stateville but I still look up his name one the site everyday, today it says IDOC is offline. I haven't seen this in over a month, does anyone know why?

I didn't have a problem pulling up my l/o.

I meant on the Vine site. They have updates before the IDOC page does.

I think they take the website offline when they are updating inmate information, no big deal, it usually comes back up quickly.
