Anyone ever heard of getting House Arrest without having to wear a bracelet?
L/O just got this from Kane County for the weekend. Basically he had court today and they gave him house arrest with no bracelet/band to wear . . .is he basically just on the "honor system"???
Wondering if anyone has ever heard of this or has any info.

I am sure someone will be out to hook him up on the monitor. They may have told him when it starts or just said in general he will be on it.

A friend of mine was told by his PO he maybe/ will be on house arrest.  Then about  2 days later showed up and hooked it up.

More than likely the Kane County Jail is overcrowded and since your LO has a courtdate today the judge or jail staff let him go home on his honor until he appears in court today.  If he doesn't appear or disappears he can kiss his ass goodbye....
