An excellent new years resolution is to contact legislators on hb 3899 and 3900 .My suggestion is the petition be presented at the committee hearing on HB 3899 and 3900. that way will get largest exposure and an opportunity for IPTERS to present testimony. I imagine the hearing will be in February sometime. I will be in spfld in jan. and will have more information then. Keep contacting state representatives. Getting this passed will be an uphill battle but the effort will get the governors attention. Quinn  isn't paying attention now. The Governor can reinstate mgt anytime.  I suspect Governor will oppose our bills but may get him to do something if we can generate enough pressure
And lastly please don't pay attention to rumors. "there ain't nothing happening now except our bills" believe me HAPPY NEW YEAR
