Your inmate has to talk to his counselor and see how he would go about putting in for a transfer to Hardin County Work Camp ..  they will tell him if he is eligible.

Be prepared if he does get approved that the wait is long. I was just there 2 weeks ago and they are  starting to get over crowded.

When someone messes up and gets sent back to his Parent that opens another spot for a new person. I also saw two being taken away in shackles the day I was there. You are only shackled and or in handcuffs if you are going back to their Parent Institute for Good.

 Good Luck and Best Wishes
