Return Address Question

i have been sending reading material to my friend every week for years to Lawrence.  Most of the time i mail it in an envelope with my work address as a return...for the last 2 months, Lawrence has been returning it to me (at IDOC expense) writing that they must have my name and home return address on the envelope???  sorry but WTH??  am i missing something?  have the rules changed?  any insight or comments would be helpful.

Yes, they changed a few years ago....it must come with your name and address on the return portion of the envelope.
