hi everyone can someone tell me what to do my husbands in lawerece and he filed a motion to have his time correcteds he had a plea bargin where his time was suppose to start from his arrest date and not his sentence date which means hr gets oput later than he should it was in court today the judge didn't even read the motion he just said denied what can he do now sorry for the typos I'm on my phone

Have you gotten a copy of his Mittimus, what does it say?  Normally they never get anytime from their arrest date, possibly time while sitting in county and since the judge denied it, don't know if there is anything he can do.

yes the judge says its correct and its idoc that's reading it wrong I just think they're screwing him oh well mabey good time will return
