Hi there..
I just had a few quick questions in regards to transferring or rather, moving from R&C to your parent facility. My husband was just moved from R&C on Wed. the 1st of Feb. How long after your move does it take to reinstate privileges like the phone & visits? I am just wondering if I should or could expect a call from him this weekend or early next week? And obviously when I can go see him! I was on the visiting list at R&C but will he need to submit another one at his parent facility? Lastly, we were married this summer and I am still in the process of changing my last name, how long does it typically take for the facilities and/or staff to update the correct name on the visiting list? I am nervous about changing my ID until I know things are confirmed or I have an idea of how long it will take for either my husband or the facility to update the list. Thanks all!

It usually takes a couple of weeks (up to a month in some cases) for phone and visiting lists to be approved. He will have to tell you himself, you can't call and find out if you have been added to his visiting list.

If there is a change in your information, he will have to update his list by submitting a new one. They are usually only allowed to do that once a month.
