Does anyone know how to decode the housing location id?
My friends id is 02-D3-AA-1
I have no idea what that means wc38 snowfi

When I looked up their information on the cook county sheriff website, the listed housing location was 02-D3-AA-1
I don't know how to read that location
Does it mean Division2  Dorm3?
What is AA?
