Illinois Prison Talk has released the INMATE COST ANALYSIS FOR HJR80 STUDY today.  This will be presented to committee members Monday, November 20th.

As an update, unfortunately the HJR80 study was trash canned and nothing was ever resolved about the cost of housing long term inmates, or any proposal to release any long term inmates.
